من داخل التطبيق
افتح Nihad Academy ← حسابي ← إدارة الحساب ← طلب حذف الحساب. أدخل كلمة مرور WordPress الحالية داخل التطبيق وأكّد الطلب بكلمة DELETE. سيظهر الطلب بوصفه قيد المراجعة ويمكن إلغاؤه من الصفحة نفسها قبل بدء المعالجة النهائية. هذه الخطوة تسجّل طلبًا ولا تحذف الحساب فورًا؛ ستظل الدورات والتقدم متاحة في هذه الفترة. إذا فقدت وسيلة الدخول أو حذفت التطبيق، استخدم البريد أعلاه، وسنطلب إثبات ملكية مناسبًا دون طلب كلمة المرور بالبريد.
ماذا يحدث للبيانات؟
بعد التحقق والمراجعة، نجهز حذف الحساب أو إخفاء هويته ونزيل البيانات الشخصية التي لم تعد لازمة، بما في ذلك بيانات الملف الشخصي والروابط الاجتماعية ورموز الأجهزة وتفضيلات الإشعارات والتقدم والشهادات والملاحظات والمناقشات المرتبطة بالحساب حيث لا يلزم الاحتفاظ بها قانونًا. قد يلزم الاحتفاظ بفواتير WooCommerce، سجلات المعاملات والاسترداد والضرائب والنزاعات ومنع الاحتيال وحقوق الشراء مدة يفرضها القانون أو تتطلبها مطالبة قائمة؛ يُقيد استخدامها لهذا الغرض. قد تحتفظ Apple أو Google أو RevenueCat بسجلاتها وفق سياساتها والتزاماتها. سنوضح في رد المعالجة ما حُذف وما احتُفظ به وسبب الاحتفاظ وفئته ومدته أو معيار تحديدها. الحذف ليس آليًا أو فوريًا؛ نعالج الطلب بعد التحقق ونبلغك بحالته والبيانات المحذوفة أو المحتفظ بها. يمكنك الاستفسار عن حالة طلبك أو سحبه قبل بدء المعالجة النهائية عبر البريد أعلاه.
الاشتراكات والمشتريات
حذف الحساب لا يلغي اشتراك Apple أو Google ولا يرد الأموال تلقائيًا. قبل فقدان الوصول، أوقف التجديد في اشتراكات Apple أو اشتراكات Google Play حسب جهة الشراء. قد تفقد الوصول إلى الدورات والشهادات والتنزيلات المرتبطة بالحساب عند اكتمال الحذف، بما في ذلك الدورات المشتراة بصورة منفردة؛ اطلب من الدعم شرح تبعات طلبك قبل المعالجة إذا كانت لديك مشتريات قائمة. حذف التطبيق من الهاتف وحده لا يحذف الحساب ولا يوقف الفوترة.

You can request deletion of your Nihad Academy account and associated data, operated by HypnoVibes LLC, in the app or after uninstalling it. For a web alternative, email su*****@********es.com, with the subject “Nihad Academy account deletion” and the associated WordPress email or username. Do not email a password or payment-card details. We will verify account ownership securely before deletion.
In the app
Open Nihad Academy → Account → Account management → Request account deletion. Enter your current WordPress password inside the app and confirm with DELETE. The request will show as pending review and can be cancelled in the same screen before final processing begins. This records a request; it does not delete your account immediately, and courses and progress remain available during review. If you lost your sign-in method or uninstalled the app, use the email above. We will ask for appropriate ownership evidence without asking you to email your password.
What happens to data?
After verification and review, we prepare account deletion or de-identification and remove personal data no longer needed, including profile information, linked social identities, device tokens, notification preferences, progress, certificates, notes and discussions where retention is not legally required. WooCommerce invoices, transaction and refund evidence, tax records, disputes, fraud-prevention records and proof of purchase may need to be retained for legal duties or an active claim, with use limited to those purposes. Apple, Google and RevenueCat may retain their own records under their policies and obligations. Our processing response will identify what was removed and what was retained, its reason, category and period or the rule determining that period. Deletion is neither automatic nor immediate. After verification, we process the request and explain its status and what was removed or retained. You may ask about or withdraw your request before final processing begins by using the email above.
Subscriptions and purchases
Deleting the Academy account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription or automatically refund a purchase. Before losing access, cancel renewal through Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions, as applicable. Completing deletion may remove access to account-linked courses, certificates and downloads, including individually purchased courses. If you have existing purchases, ask support to explain the consequences before processing. Uninstalling the app alone neither deletes the account nor stops store billing.
