1. الطرف والخدمة
تُقدّم HypnoVibes LLC، الولايات المتحدة، 16192 Coastal HWY, Lewes, DE, USA، خدمة أكاديمية نهاد رجب عبر nihadragab.com وتطبيق iOS/Android. الدعم: su*****@********es.com. باستخدام الخدمة توافق على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق، لا تستخدم الخدمة أو تؤكد شراءً. يجب أن تكون بالغًا أو حاصلًا على موافقة وليّ الأمر حيث يجيزها قانون بلدك؛ لا تُنشئ حسابًا أو تشترِ إن لم تستوفِ هذا الشرط.
2. الحساب وحقوق المحتوى
حساب WordPress الخاص بك هو مصدر الهوية والوصول والتقدم في TutorLMS. احفظ وسيلة دخولك ولا تشارك الحساب أو الملفات المحمية. يُسمح لك بمشاهدة مواد الدورة للاستخدام التعليمي الشخصي خلال مدة حق الوصول؛ لا تنتقل إليك حقوق الملكية في الفيديو أو النص أو الشهادة أو العلامة، ولا يجوز إعادة نشرها أو بيعها أو تجاوز حماية التنزيل أو مشاركة تسجيل الدخول. لا تنشر محتوى مخالفًا أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين في المناقشات. قد نزيل المحتوى المسيء أو نقيد حسابًا بعد مراجعة مناسبة، مع احترام حقوقك القانونية والمشتريات المستقلة.
3. النموذج الأول: شراء دورة منفردة
يمكن شراء دورة شراءً واحدًا من موقع WooCommerce أو متجر Apple/Google إذا كانت متاحة فيه. يرتبط حق الوصول بحساب WordPress الذي تم التحقق منه؛ تسجيلك بالحساب نفسه على جهاز آخر لا يفرض إعادة شراء. الاستعادة تتحقق من المعاملة في المتجر ومن حسابك، ولا تنقل ملكية شراء حساب إلى حساب مختلف لمجرد تشابه البريد. الشراء المنفرد يمنح وصولًا مستمرًا إلى تلك الدورة طوال إتاحة الخدمة والدورة بموجب هذه الشروط، ولا يتحول تلقائيًا إلى اشتراك أو يحتاج اشتراكًا قائمًا. إذا تغيرت مادة جوهرية أو تعذّر استمرار الدورة، سنتعامل مع حقوقك وفق القانون وسياسة قناة الشراء؛ لا نَعِد باستضافة لا تنقطع إلى الأبد. طلب الاسترداد يُقدّم إلى قناة الشراء: Apple أو Google لمشتريات التطبيق، أو الموقع لمشتريات WooCommerce، مع بقاء حقوق المستهلك الواجبة. وقد يتغير حق الوصول عند استرداد المبلغ أو إبطال المعاملة بعد التحقق من أي مصدر مستقل آخر للملكية.
4. النموذج الثاني: عضوية الأكاديمية
توجد خطة شهرية وأخرى سنوية تتجددان تلقائيًا ما لم توقف التجديد. سعر المتجر المحلي وفترة الفوترة والضرائب في نافذة التأكيد هي المرجع النهائي؛ الأسعار التجريبية بالدولار ليست سعرًا عالميًا معتمدًا. تمنح العضوية الوصول إلى الدورات الموسومة «متاحة ضمن الاشتراك» فقط أثناء حالة الاستحقاق التي يؤكدها المتجر؛ لا تشمل كل الدورات ولا تمنح ملكية منفردة لها. يمكن إدارة أو إلغاء اشتراك Apple عبر إدارة اشتراكات Apple، واشتراك Google عبر Google Play. حذف التطبيق أو الحساب أو تسجيل الخروج لا يوقف فوترة المتجر؛ أوقف التجديد في المتجر الأصلي. إلغاء التجديد يترك الوصول عادةً إلى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة؛ أما انتهاء الفترة أو فشل التجديد بعد المهلة أو رد المبلغ أو سحب المعاملة فقد ينهي الوصول بحسب حالة المتجر. لا يُلغى حقك في دورة اشتريتها منفردة أو حصلت عليها بمصدر مشروع مستقل بسبب انتهاء العضوية. المواد التي حمّلتها محمية، وتعمل فقط ما دام الاشتراك أو حق الوصول المؤهل والترخيص المحلي صالحَين؛ قد يلزم اتصال بالإنترنت لتجديد الترخيص. تُطبّق سياسة استرداد متجر الشراء وحقوق المستهلك الواجبة.
5. التعلم والشهادات والتوافر
الاختبارات والمحاولات والنتائج والتقدم تحكمها قواعد الدورة وTutorLMS. الشهادة تصدر فقط عند استيفاء شروط إكمالها الفعلية؛ لا يضمن الدفع وحده شهادة أو نتيجة مهنية. المواد التعليمية والنفسية مخصصة للتعلّم والتطوير وليست تشخيصًا طبيًا أو علاجًا أو بديلًا عن مختص مرخّص في حالة الطوارئ أو الحاجة الشخصية. قد تتغير الدورات والمدرّسون والمواد لأسباب تعليمية أو قانونية أو تقنية. سنسعى لإخطار المتعلمين المتأثرين بالتغيير الجوهري وتوفير علاج مناسب وفق حقوقهم؛ لا نضمن توافر الخدمة دون انقطاع.
6. التطبيق والمسؤولية والتغييرات
نمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًا محدودًا وغير قابل للنقل لتثبيت التطبيق واستخدامه مع حسابك. يخضع التثبيت والشراء أيضًا لشروط متجر Apple أو Google المعنية؛ لا تمنحك هذه الشروط حقًا يتجاوز قيود المنصة الواجبة. لا تستبعد هذه الشروط مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها قانونًا، ولا تنتقص من ضمانات أو حقوق مستهلك إلزامية. نُخطر بالتعديلات الجوهرية حيث يلزم، وتُطبّق النسخة المنشورة للمستقبل؛ لا نغيّر بأثر رجعي سعر دورة مدفوعة أو مصدر ملكيتها. تظل حقوق المستهلك وقواعد الاختصاص الإلزامية في بلدك سارية، ولا تقلّل هذه الشروط منها. للشكاوى والدعم اكتب إلى البريد أعلاه. راجع حذف الحساب؛ حذف الحساب لا يلغي اشتراك المتجر تلقائيًا.

1. Provider and service
HypnoVibes LLC, United States, 16192 Coastal HWY, Lewes, DE, USA, provides Nihad Academy through nihadragab.com and its iOS/Android app. Support: su*****@********es.com. Using the service means accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service or confirm a purchase. You must be an adult or have parental permission where the law of your country permits it. Do not create an account or buy if you do not meet this requirement.
2. Account and intellectual property
Your WordPress account is the source of identity, access and TutorLMS progress. Protect your sign-in method and do not share your account or protected files. Course materials are licensed for your personal educational use while your access right lasts. You do not receive ownership of videos, text, certificates or marks, and may not redistribute, resell, bypass download protection, or share credentials. Do not post unlawful, abusive or infringing discussions. We may review and remove abusive material or restrict an account where appropriate while respecting mandatory rights and independent purchases.
3. Model A: individual course purchase
A course may be purchased once through website WooCommerce or through the Apple/Google store where offered. Access is tied to your verified WordPress account; the same account on another platform does not require another purchase. Restore checks store evidence and account identity and does not transfer a purchase to a different account merely because emails match. An individual purchase provides continuing access to that course while the service and course remain available under these Terms. It never becomes a recurring subscription and does not require a current membership. If material course content changes or the course cannot continue, we will address your rights under applicable law and the purchase channel; we do not promise uninterrupted hosting forever. Request a refund through the original channel: Apple or Google for in-app purchases, or the website for WooCommerce purchases, subject to mandatory consumer rights. A verified refund or revocation may change access after other independent ownership sources are checked.
4. Model B: Academy Membership
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless renewal is cancelled. The local store checkout price, billing period and taxes control; test USD prices are not a universal public price. Membership grants access only to courses marked subscription eligible while the store-verified entitlement is valid. It does not include every course or make courses individual purchases. Manage or cancel Apple subscriptions through Apple and Google subscriptions through Google Play. Uninstalling the app, deleting an account or logging out does not stop store billing; cancel with the originating store. Cancelling renewal normally preserves access until the paid period ends; expiry, failed renewal after any grace period, refund or revocation may end access according to verified store state. A separately purchased course or other legitimate independent access survives membership expiry. Protected downloads remain playable only while eligible access and the local license remain valid; an Internet connection may be needed to renew the license. Refunds follow the original store's policy and mandatory consumer law.
5. Learning, certificates and availability
Course rules and TutorLMS govern quizzes, attempts, results and progress. Certificates are issued only when actual completion rules are met; payment alone does not guarantee a certificate or professional outcome. Educational and psychological materials support learning and development; they are not a medical diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a licensed professional when personally needed. Courses, instructors and materials may change for educational, legal or technical reasons. We aim to notify affected learners of material changes and provide an appropriate remedy under their rights. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
6. App license, liability and changes
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to install and use the app with your account. Installation and store purchases also follow the relevant Apple or Google store terms. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduces mandatory consumer rights. We provide notice of material changes where required; published changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively change a paid course price or independent ownership source. Mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules where you live remain applicable and are not reduced by these Terms. Contact the support email above for complaints.
