تدير HypnoVibes LLC (الولايات المتحدة، 16192 Coastal HWY, Lewes, DE, USA) أكاديمية نهاد رجب على nihadragab.com، وهي الجهة المسؤولة عن بيانات الأكاديمية. لأسئلة الخصوصية والبيانات والحذف: su*****@********es.com. اذكر معرّف حسابك إن أمكن، ولا ترسل كلمة مرور أو بيانات بطاقة.
2. البيانات التي نعالجها
نجمع بيانات حساب WordPress التي تقدمها مثل اسم المستخدم والبريد والاسم الظاهر، ومعرّف الحساب والجلسات والأجهزة اللازمة للأمان. عند استخدام Apple أو Google نتلقى إثبات الهوية ومعرّف المزوّد، وقد نتلقى اسمًا وبريدًا بحسب اختيارك؛ نربط المزوّد بحساب WordPress بعد إثبات ملكيته، ولا ندمج الحسابات اعتمادًا على تشابه البريد وحده. نعالج تسجيلات الدورات، حالة الوصول، تقدم الدروس، إجابات ومحاولات الاختبارات ونتائجها، الشهادات والمناقشات التي تنشرها. نعالج بيانات طلبات WooCommerce ومُعرّفات المنتجات والمعاملات وحالة الاسترداد، وإثباتات شراء Apple/Google وRevenueCat وحالة الاشتراك وتجديده وانتهائه. لا نتلقى رقم بطاقتك الكامل من متاجر التطبيقات.
للفيديو نحفظ بيانات الدرس وترخيص المشاهدة؛ يمكن تخزين نسخة مشفّرة من الفيديو المختار داخل التطبيق على جهازك، مرتبطة بالحساب والجهاز، ولا تعمل إلا خلال صلاحية الوصول والترخيص. لرسائل التطبيق قد نعالج رمز دفع APNs أو FCM، تفضيلات الفئات، المنطقة الزمنية وساعات الهدوء وسجل التسليم. نعالج بيانات تشغيل محدودة مثل عنوان الشبكة وأخطاء الخادم اللازمة للأمان واستكشاف الأعطال. لا ندّعي استخدام أداة تحليلات أو تتبع إعلاني أو معرّف إعلاني أو Google Cast داخل التطبيق إذا لم تكن مفعّلة. قد يستخدم الموقع ملفات تعريف الارتباط الضرورية للجلسة والسلة؛ أي ملفات إضافية تخضع لإفصاح الموقع وموافقاته حيث تلزم.
3. لماذا نعالج البيانات ولمن تُرسل؟
نستخدمها لإنشاء الحساب والتحقق منه، تقديم الدورات، حفظ تقدم TutorLMS، تشغيل الاختبارات والشهادات، التحقق من الملكية والاشتراكات، الحماية من الاحتيال، تقديم الدعم، والامتثال للالتزامات القانونية. تُعالَج بيانات لازمة لهذه الأغراض بواسطة WordPress/TutorLMS/WooCommerce والاستضافة، Apple وGoogle لتسجيل الدخول أو الدفع، RevenueCat للتحقق من المشتريات، Firebase Cloud Messaging على Android وApple Push Notification service على iOS إذا فعّلت الإشعارات، وCloudflare R2 للفيديوهات المحمية التي نُقلت إليه فقط. قد تظل بعض مواد الدورات على مزوّد الفيديو الحالي إلى حين ترحيلها؛ يختلف طلب الشبكة بحسب الدرس. لا نبيع بيانات التعلم الشخصية. رسائل الحساب والمعاملات الضرورية قد تصل بالبريد عبر إعدادات الموقع؛ إشعارات الدورات الجديدة والعروض لا تُرسل إلا بموافقتك المنفصلة.
4. الاحتفاظ والأمان
نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب والتقدم أثناء وجود الحساب والحاجة إلى تقديم الخدمة، ثم نحذف أو نفصل البيانات الشخصية عند إتمام طلب حذف موثَّق، إلا ما يجب الاحتفاظ به لالتزامات الضرائب والمحاسبة والمعاملات والاستردادات ومكافحة الاحتيال والنزاعات. قد تحتفظ Apple وGoogle وWooCommerce بسجلات وفق سياساتها والتزاماتها. مدة الاحتفاظ الدقيقة لكل فئة تعتمد على سبب الاحتفاظ والقانون الواجب التطبيق؛ يمكن طلب بيانها لحالتك عبر بريد الدعم. تحمي الاتصالات HTTPS، وتُقيد مفاتيح الخادم، وتُشفّر نسخ الفيديو المحلية؛ لا توجد وسيلة أمان مطلقة. تُحذف أو تنتهي صلاحية رموز الجهاز عند تسجيل الخروج أو إلغاء الموافقة حسب إمكانات المنصة.
5. حقوقك والحذف والأطفال والنقل الدولي
يمكنك طلب الاطلاع أو التصحيح أو التصدير أو الحذف أو الاعتراض حيث يمنحك القانون ذلك، عبر بريد الدعم مع إثبات ملكية مناسب. تستطيع تعديل بعض بياناتك وتفضيلات الإشعارات داخل التطبيق. راجع صفحة حذف الحساب للخطوات والبيانات المحتفظ بها. الطلب الحالي داخل التطبيق طلب مراجعة قابل للإلغاء، وليس حذفًا فوريًا؛ تظل بياناتك متاحة حتى تنفيذ المعالجة. قد تُعالج البيانات خارج بلدك، ومنها الولايات المتحدة، لدى مزوّدي الاستضافة والمتاجر والإشعارات مع الضمانات المطلوبة حيث تنطبق. الأكاديمية ليست موجّهة عمدًا للأطفال؛ سنراجع الحسابات التي يُبلَّغ بأنها تخص طفلًا وفق سياسة السن المعتمدة وقانون البلد. يجب أن يكون المستخدم بالغًا أو حاصلًا على موافقة وليّ الأمر حيث يجيزها قانون بلده.
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة إذا تغيرت الخدمة أو المزوّدون، وننشر تاريخًا جديدًا ونخطر المستخدمين عند التغيير الجوهري حيث يلزم. راجع الشروط والاشتراكات وحذف الحساب.

1. Controller and contact
HypnoVibes LLC (United States, 16192 Coastal HWY, Lewes, DE, USA) operates Nihad Academy at nihadragab.com and is responsible for Academy data. For privacy, access, or deletion, contact su*****@********es.com. Include your account ID if available; never send a password or card details.
2. Information we process
We process the WordPress account information you provide, such as username, email and display name, plus account and session identifiers needed for security. Apple or Google sign-in supplies provider identity proof and an identifier, and may supply a name or email depending on your choice. A provider is linked only after you prove ownership of the WordPress account; matching email alone never merges accounts. We process course enrollment and access, lesson progress, quiz attempts, answers and scores, certificates, and discussions you submit. Purchase information includes WooCommerce orders and product identifiers, Apple/Google and RevenueCat transaction evidence, refunds, subscription state, renewal and expiry. We do not receive your full app-store card number.
Protected video uses lesson and license information. Videos you choose to download may be encrypted in app storage on your device and bound to your account and device; playback requires current authorization and a valid license. With notifications, we may process APNs/FCM device tokens, category choices, time zone, quiet hours and delivery logs. Limited IP and server error data supports security and troubleshooting. We do not claim an advertising SDK, advertising ID, Google Cast, or analytics/crash platform that is not enabled in the Academy app. The website may use essential account/cart cookies; additional cookies follow the site's applicable disclosures and consent controls.
3. Purposes and recipients
We use this data to create and secure accounts, deliver TutorLMS learning and assessments, issue eligible certificates, verify purchases and subscriptions, prevent fraud, provide support, and meet legal duties. Processing may involve WordPress/TutorLMS/WooCommerce and hosting, Apple and Google for sign-in or billing, RevenueCat for purchase verification, Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android and Apple Push Notification service on iOS when notifications are enabled, and Cloudflare R2 only for protected lessons actually migrated there. Some lessons still use their existing video host pending migration; requests depend on the lesson. We do not sell personal learning records. Essential account/transactional email may be sent by the website; new-course and promotional push require separate consent.
4. Retention and security
Account and learning data are kept while needed to provide the account and service. After a verified deletion request is completed, personal data is removed or de-identified except records required for tax, accounting, transactions, refunds, fraud prevention, and disputes. Apple, Google and WooCommerce may retain their own records under their policies and legal duties. Exact periods depend on the category and applicable law; ask support for the period relevant to your request. We use HTTPS, restrict server keys and encrypt local video downloads, but no security method is absolute. Device tokens are removed or expire after logout or consent withdrawal where the platform permits.
5. Your choices, children, and international processing
You may request access, correction, export, deletion or objection where applicable law gives those rights; we verify ownership first. You can change some account details and notification preferences in the app. See Account Deletion. The current in-app feature creates a cancellable review request, not immediate deletion; data remains until processing occurs. Data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, by hosting, store and messaging providers with safeguards where required. The Academy is not deliberately directed at children; accounts reported as belonging to a child are reviewed under the approved age policy and applicable local law. Users must be adults or have parental permission where the law of their country permits it.
